Shipping is by DHL or DPD, climate neutral.
The processing time is: 1-3 workdays.*
Possible delivery times: regular 2-5 Takes (including shipment tracking)*
For pre-orders, special orders, new product collections and bulk orders, the processing and shipping time will be displayed on the product page or confirmed by email.
Local delivery: Delivery takes place within a 20 km radius of 77933 Lahr. Orders placed by 3 p.m. are delivered by our in-house staff on the same day, Fri-Sat or the next day after 6 p.m. If your order should be delivered at a certain time, please contact me via WhatsApp on +49 178 2756035. Sundays and public holidays are excluded from local delivery. Costs are €10.*

Germany-wide delivery with/by DHL, UPS and DPD
If you order several items from us in one order, for which different delivery times apply, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time that applies to the item in your order with the longest delivery time applies to the shipment as a whole.
In the case of payment in advance, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order has been issued to the transferring bank or for other payment methods to run on the day after the conclusion of the contract and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day takes the place of such a day.
